Lava Coffee is all about quality

Quality in selection, roasting and taste. Each batch of Coffee is selected against previously approved Coffees to ensure consistency and quality. They are tasted by our Quality Assurance team for any defects before being approved. Our head roaster then expertly roasts the Coffee to a unique profile, again looking for consistency. Once roasted, the Quality Assurance team check the colour of the Coffee and taste. This guarantees absolute consistency across the whole system.

Our beloved Lava blend is a fusion of Coffee from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Guatemala. Brazil Coffee is known for adding body and sweetness to each blend and creates a base for the rest to shine. Colombian Coffee adds a sweet and citrusy juiciness to the blend, Guatemalan Coffee adds some chocolate and spice aromas and the Costa Rican Coffee rounds this out with a honey and floral aroma. This creates a blend that is fruity and sweet, with finishing notes of chocolate and caramel. These Coffees come from regions that are quality driven so we can be sure your cup is always going to taste incredible.
